Remote support included in all packages
Minimise unwanted downtime and get peace-of-mind with CoWelder remote support. Through a remote connection to the CoWelder, our experts technicians can support you within two hours of breakdown, unintentional stops, or other related problems.
- Remote problem solving within 2 hours in normal business hours. Remote support is possible through a SIM card in a Secomea Box connected to your CoWelder. You are responsbile for providing a functioning SIM card.
- First 30 minutes of support is free for each service request. You are first in line to get support. Remote software updates are also included.
- The Secomea Box is part of the service package and is to be returned upon contractual termination.
Sustain an ongoing hight efficiency through a maintenance agreement
A maintenance agreement is included with the Service Plus and Service Premium packages.
Certified service technicians perform professional service, maintenance, safety control and test of the robot and the welding power source in your CoWelder.
All certified service technicians cooperate with the Migatronic support team, welding -and CoWelder experts. Together, they will ensure constant quality control and enable you to comply with relevant standards, such as EN 1090 and EN-ISO 3834.
